The Program

It is Arden Engineering Constructors, LLC, M.J. Daly, LLC, and Unique Metal Works, LLC policy to provide a safe working environment for its employees. To fulfill this commitment, we have taken steps that include training employees in the recognition of safety and health hazards, safe work practives, providing the right tool for the job, and rewarding safe work. We designed our corporate safety incentive program to heighten the safety awareness of our employees and encourage safe work habits.

The Arden Engineering, M.J. Daly, and Unique Metal Works incentive program is based on individual and team safety performance. Individuals can earn safety points on a weekly basis for performing accident-free work. These points will be issued with regular paychecks on a monthly basis and must be redeemed within two years of receipt for safety award merchandise.
